The Gomel State Public Health and Social Organization's Policy on the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been prepared in compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-3 "On the Protection of Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Law) and determines the procedure for processing personal data by the Gomel State Public Health and Social Organization (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") and measures to ensure the protection and security of personal data taken by the Operator.
